the Worship Service

Our worship service lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes. We begin with  families worshipping together with their children in the sanctuary. After the children's sermon, we dismiss the children to age-appropriate classes to learn God's Word.

We continue in worship with offering (as our guest today, please feel no pressure to give), followed by a Bible-based, expository sermon. You are encouraged to participate by using the sermon outline provided. We close our time with a song of worship. We celebrate communion the first weekend of every month and all who are seeking Jesus are invited to partake.

kids

We champion families and children, which is why kids begin in the sanctuary to worship with their family during "Big Church," and we enjoy the fun noises they make. Of course if your little one is making too much "fun" noise, please feel free to step outside and head to our air conditioned nursery in the Sunday School building where we have a speaker set up so you can still participate in church yourself. After worship, we have a kids sermon that the kids are invited on stage for. After, we ask that you would walk your child to their classroom where they will have fun and learn about Jesus in age-appropriate ways. We use a Bible-based curriculum and make sure to teach a Bible memory verse each week. All of our teachers are trained, spiritually engaged with our church, and have been background checked. After the service, we ask that you pick up your child from the classroom.

Some parents choose to have their kids stay in the sanctuary with them during the sermon and that is great! Many bring coloring books to help.

Let us know you're coming

If you're considering coming to a service this weekend as a first time guest, please let us know! We would love to connect with you before or during your visit to make sure to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. You can also join us online with our Livestream by clicking the button below.

Love the powerful and cozy atmosphere of worship through hymns and contemporary music. The Holy Spirit is always invited to be in the service to give us revelation.

Groups

Realizing that much of church happens as we live our everyday lives together, we prioritize small groups and have many different avenues for you to connect in deeper ways within our church Ohana ('ohana means family').

From home groups to Bible study groups, to ladies 'Aloha Gatherings," to men's Iron Man groups, there is group that is right for you and your family.

Finding the Right Church

We understand how hard it is to find the church that's "right for you." Our desire is that you connect with a family of believers who will encourage you to walk closer with Jesus and who you can encourage to do the same.

To help you find out if KCC is "your church," we would love to connect with you over coffee,  a phone call, or email. Click on one of the buttons or fill out the form below to connect with us deeper.
